What you will be doing:

  • Attract, develop, and retain top shelf talent across multiple product disciplines
    • Leading one or more teams
    • Leadership mentoring & coaching
    • Methodological mentoring & coaching
  • Lead and scale goal-oriented teams from one growth horizon to the next
    • Ensure product value creation begins with an outcome-oriented understanding of a market need
    • Foster a marketplace of ideas where the best idea wins
    • Instrument goal-oriented teams with a deep understanding of market drivers, distinctive competence, and product / market fit
    • Create scalable product velocity with just-in-time market sensing, value creation, and value delivery
    • Align and harmonize cross-functional teams for just-in-time value creation and delivery
  • Accelerate and extend Ninety’s market leadership
    • Continuously translate the Ninety vision into a well-defined product strategy
    • Continuously align the product strategy to the evolving dynamics of the marketplace
    • Continuously translate the product strategy into an outcome-oriented roadmap
    • Develop goal-oriented execution teams by creating a shared understanding of market drivers and empowering teams to solution those drivers into just-in-time value creation and delivery
    • Drive ideal customer profile (ICP) market penetration by delivering the right capabilities at the right time
    • Extend Ninety’s market leadership and ICP market penetration
    • Increase Ninety’s ICP account retention and penetration
    • Extend Ninety’s distinctive competence into adjacent problem domains by delivering the right capabilities at the right time
  • Optimize the growth trajectory and commercial success of the Ninety platform
    • Commercial model
    • Market positioning and messaging
    • Product packaging and pricing
    • Provisioning sales, marketing, support, and channel
    • TAM penetration and expansion
    • Product P&L
  • Develop a portfolio product strategy
    • Deepen the distinctive competence of Ninety’s core BOS value proposition
    • Extend the core value proposition into synergistic and adjacent domains
    • Integrate the core value proposition into the workforce productivity ecosystem
  • Champion core product disciplines and methodologies
    • Product Strategy

What you will bring to the table:

  • Transformational product leadership
